Pencil, charcoal, watercolor, acrylic, and pastels; I enjoy using them all. I consider myself a mixed media artist. I grew up drawing animals, people, and places from when I was around seven years old until now, and haven’t stopped since. Capturing faces has always been a popular direction for my work. I love the interaction one glance, a hand movement, or head turn can do to capture a viewer. The imperfect feeling of when you first meet someone; that moment is how I challenge every piece of work I create.
